The Planning – Introduction

Note: Can't find this in your Cloud? This feature is available with the Essential or Plus Plan of TimeMoto Cloud. If you want to get the most out of your TimeMoto account, make sure to upgrade your plan to your needs!

In the Planning, you find all options to manage your employee's activities, projects, and schedules in TimeMoto Cloud. Clicking on [Planning] will lead you to the planning section with four sub pages:

The Calendar (TimeMoto Plus)

Here you find a general view of all employee's activities, absences and projects that are planned into the calendar of TimeMoto Cloud.

You can also add new entries to the calendar or edit them.

Schedules

Define your employee's schedules and choose between different types of schedules, breaks and rounding.

Pending Requests (TimeMoto Plus)

Managers and Unit Supervisors will find all pending requests sent by regular employees (Users) on the Pending Requests page. Here they can approve them (which will automatically add the item to the employee’s planning) or decline them (which will – of course – delete the pending request).
