Note: This initial setup only applies to account owners of a new company account. Register your TimeMoto company account by starting a free trial.
If you would like to join an existing account, please ask your manager to add you as an employee.
What do certain fields mean??
1. Regional Information
Also, see General Information. These settings include:
- Language: The main language of the Cloud account. (Can be adjusted per employee.)
- Time zone: The default time zone of the Cloud account. (Can be adjusted per employee and location.)
- Date format: The format in which dates will be displayed in your account.
- First day of the week: The day on which a new week starts in your account.
- Time format (24 hours/12 hours): The format in which times are displayed in your account.
- Standard Currency: The default currency for your account. (Can be adjusted per Pay Template.)
- Report shows time in: You can decide if all reports show amounts of time in hours and minutes or decimals.

2. Setting Up Your Company Information
Also, see General Information. These settings include:
- Your company's basic information (name, address, etc.).
- Primary Email Address: This should be the main point of contact for email, where we can send you information about your account.
- Allow access for tech support: If you activate this option, our tech support can access your account if you need help from us. This can always be temporarily switched on and off under General Information.

3. Adding Your Time Clocks

You can skip this step if you have already added your Time Clock(s) using the TimeMoto device setup.
You can read more about the time clock settings here. Other than your device settings, you can also define:
- PIN: The default PIN code for every device. (This can be changed per employee.)
4. Adding Your Departments
Also, see Departments. The department names are entirely up to you.
